Social Skills Groups

Please fill out the form below and someone will reach out to complete registration for our social skills groups. Open to children and young adults ages 3-18. Groups are 10 weeks long and begin once we have 5-6 kids registered per social group.

Please provide days and times your child is available to meet for approximately 1 hour.

Please provide a brief description of your child's current communication level.

Please describe your child's level of interest in expanding their skills and/or level of interest in social interactions with peers.

Please check if your child engages in any potentially harmful behavior, including but not limited to; aggression, elopement, property destruction, and self-injurious behavior. This social skills group does not have the capacity to support behavior that may put your child or others at risk. Please reach out directly to discuss if your child has a history of any of these behaviors. If any of the listed behaviors occur during any session, participation will be discontinued.

Does your child have any triggers or sensory sensitivities such as loud noises, bright lights, etc?

Does your child engage in any noticeable self-stimulatory behavior such as loud or repetitive vocalizations?

This question is only asked to ensure children with incompatible sensory concerns are placed in different groups.
