Founder/Parent Coach
Erica Crowley, M.Ed., BCBA
Erica has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2012 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014. She earned her B.S in Psychology in 2011 and her Master's in Special Education in 2014, both from the University of Florida. She got her start in the field working as a direct therapist for young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and continued her career development working with teens and young adults in Miami, Florida for several more years before moving to Saint Johns, Florida. She continues to work with children, teens, young adults, and their families managing and reducing challenging behaviors, conducting caregiver training, and increasing appropriate communication, daily living skills and independence.
Parent Coach
Mykah Nevin, B.S., BCaBA
Mykah graduated with a Bachelors degree in psychology in 2016. She began working in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018 as a Registered Behavior Technician providing direct therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities. In 2020, Mykah became a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst. Since then, she has developed plans for children of all ages and abilities to communicate more effectively, reduce challenging behavior, develop new skills, and become more comfortable in social settings. She has provided support and guidance to parents and teachers in clinics, homes, schools, and various community settings.
